What is Secret Solstice?

Secret Solstice is an Icelandic music festival that is being held for the third time on the 16th-19th of June 2016. It showcases both established artists as well as exciting up-and-coming talent over the course of three days in the 24 hour midnight sun during the summer solstice. It‘s themed after the Norse religion and mythology of old. It‘s set to deliver a unique party atmosphere filled with great entertainment.

How to get there?

A number of airlines fly to Iceland. All international flights arrive at the Leifsstöð international airport in Keflavík which is about an hour outside the capital city of Reykjavík where the festival takes place. Where can I get a ticket?

How much is a ticket?

A 3-day festival pass is 24.900 kr.- and a V.I.P 3-day festival pass for 34.900 kr -. What‘s the local currency and how expensive is it?

Iceland uses it‘s own currency called krónur which you can exchange most foreign currencies for at all local banks or the foreign exchange at Keflavik airport.
