Secret Solstice works to provide access for all on their event site. However, there are certain things that need to be considered before you book your ticket:
We have the following bookable facilities available when you contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the festival:
2 FOR 1 TICKETS FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
We provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend our events without bringing a personal assistant. Please contact our email address to arrange this
VIEWING PLATFORM WRISTBAND
A viewing platform with a stewarded accessible toilet is located near the stage in the Main Arena. In order to gain access to the viewing platform, you need a viewing platform wristband. This also comes with a lanyard that can be worn by a personal assistant or companion so that they can join you on the platform.
When arranged in advance, we welcome assistance dogs on the site
We also have accessible toilets available in the arena, the campsite, and at the viewing platform.
There will be medical services available in the main arena, and should you require any scouter charging or medication storage then we are able to assist with this.
Whilst we try our best to accommodate everyone at our event, please note that due to the very nature of festivals the land on our site is uneven, and there are only certain routes that offer tarmacked roads that suitable for those with accessibility needs.
Please also be aware that the weather conditions can dramatically affect the ground conditions, so wherever possible please try to consider what preparations you may need to make and equipment you may need to bring along.
Should any of our accessible services be required, please ensure you email the team in advance of the show so we can provide you with further information on how to make your weekend safe and enjoyable.
