Sig Vicious’ Top 5 Natural Sights to Experience While at Secret Solstice 2016

Icelandic photographer and graphic designer Siggeir Magnus Hafsteinsson – otherwise known as Sig Vicious – has been featured around the world for his work behind a camera, and it’s not hard to see why.

“One of my all time fave spots. Just a 30min drive out of town and you’re out of this world.”

REYKJANES TÁ

“The tip of Reykjanes is the most South-western tip of Iceland. Cliffs, lighthouse and geothermal mud pools.”

REYNISFJARA

“Black beach and super awesome cliffs all around. Also close to the DC3 Airplane wreck.”

INSIDE THE VOLCANO

“Besides witnessing the birth of my daughter this is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. I can tell you it’s super epic to be standing inside of a volcano and I think this is the only place in the world where that is possible.”

GLYMUR

“It is situated at the rear end of the Hvalfjörður and is pretty magnificent, with a cascade of 198 m, it is the second highest waterfall of Iceland. The drive will take you about 45 min and then around 2 hours hike from parking lot that will definitely get that hangover issue in order.”
