Tag Heuer presents Into The Glacier with Anderson .Paak & Blaz Roca

Anderson .Paak will perform beneath the surface of Europe’s second largest glacier, Langjökull. This is a once in a lifetime event!

For the past two years, Secret Solstice has hosted the world’s only party inside a glacier! Guests are taken under the surface through a man-made ice cave where they get to witness the magnificent “blue ice” which is hidden deep beneath the surface.

Artists such as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Artwork, Högni and Droog have performed for the lucky few who venture in to the glacier with us but this year it’s going to be Anderson .Paak who will headline the glacier event on June 18th among the Icelandic rapper, Blaz Roca who will perform alongside him.

Anderson .Paak is one of the fastest rising stars in the music world. Earlier this year he signed a deal with Dr. Dre’s record label Aftermath Entertainment but his latest album Malibu, released in 2016, was nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the Grammy Awards. His warm sound pieces together elements of hip hop, R&B, funk and soul and he has been compared to musical legends such as Frank Ocean, André 3000 and Stevie Wonder. Who better fitted to guide you through the ice than the hottest star in hip hop today?

Blaz Roca is a household name in Iceland and is perhaps better known as the front of Iceland’s oldest hip hop crew, XXX Rottweiler hundar. You recognise him by his provocative lyrics and magnificent performance, preferably with a Cuban cigar in one hand and a mic in the other.
