Huge Secret Solstice 2016 Announcement Coming This Thursday!

Mark this coming Thursday the 28th of January 2016 into your calendar now, because the biggest Secret Solstice announcement ever is coming your way.

In our short history since 2014, we’re proud to say we’ve had some pretty impressive announcements, with the likes of Wu-Tang Clan, Massive Attack, Schoolboy Q, Kelis, The Wailers, Disclosure, and many more epic names gracing our stages. But nothing – and we mean nothing – will prepare you for what’s in store when we reveal our next major lineup, coming this week.

This will be the biggest lineup announcement in Iceland’s festival history – you’re going to want to tune into this.

Before that happens though, here’s some super important information you may wanna pay attention to.

The final ticket price for Secret Solstice 2016 will be 24,900kr (approx £133/$190/€175), but if you act right now you can secure your place for only 21,900kr (approx £117/$167/€155) for a full 3-day pass, until this allocation sells out. Be warned, these tickets WILL sell out before the next lineup announcement drops, so if you don’t want to pay 3,000kr more for your festival pass, your best bet is to book now.

If you’re coming to Secret Solstice 2016 from abroad, our travel partner Gaman Travel has epic deals on accommodation, flights, and festival passes, that’re sure to save yourself some cash. Or if you don’t need a flight (or are booking that separately), Festicket’s packages on accommodation and passes are a great bet to check out as well.

Speaking of accommodation, camping is the best (and cheapest) way to spend your Secret Solstice festival weekend as close to the action as possible, by crashing at our on-site campground. At only 9,900kr (approx £53/$75/€70) if you bring your own tent, you won’t be breaking the bank on where you lay your head over 2016’s solstice weekend.
